My dear friends, Mike and Allie were married at the Tamahaac Club in Ancaster two Saturdays ago. Remember the one that was freezing and windy? The one before the beautiful Thanksgiving weekend weather… Yes… Mike and Allie had a fully outdoor wedding planned for that very day. Well, as it turned out, the only thing that was down was the temperature. The weather did not seem to damper the spirits of the bride and groom at all. They braved the winds for their photos and the outdoor service, which of course is on the cliff of the club overlooking the City of Hamilton. In my bias opinion, it might just be the absolute best venue for a wedding ;) With a tent set up outside the Club, they brought in heaters and everyone quickly forgot about the chill in the air. Mike and Allie choose to do a first look and shoot all of their family photos before the service. The images of Mike seeing Allie for the first time, melted my heart. I had such great day with the whole wedding party, not to mention Mike and Allie’s families, whom I think may also be my own now. This was a day filled with love.
